Barbabolla 2022

From an exclusively biodynamic viticulture, interventions reduced to the minimum and always in harmony with the vineyard. Barbabolla is a semi-sparkling white wine made with a mix of white-grape varieties native of the territory, some known, others not so much. Wine based on indigenous fermentation, unfiltered and without the addition of sulfur dioxide; re-fermentation in the bottle with juice from dried grapes, not degourged. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbabolla is pure energy. The ideal wine for “the endless aperitif of the weekend”, to combine with “cicchetti” (a small piece of stuffed bread) with raw ham and gorgonzola cheese, vegetables in batter or a generous portion of fried anchovies. Barbabianca 2022

A wine from exclusively biodynamic viticulture, with interventions in harmony with the vineyard always reduced to a minimum. Barbianca is made with a mix of white-grape varieties native of the territory, some known, others not so much. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks; ages for at least 6 months in the same fermentation containers, and it is bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbabianca is synonymous with “beva” (which means “easy drink”). The ideal wine for aperitifs and fish-based dinners shared with friends. Barbarossa 2021

Barbarossa is a red wine made with a mix of red-grape varieties, both native of the territory and international ones. Some of them are known, others not so much. Fermented wine with indigenous yeasts, in cement tanks; aged for at least 6 months in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbarossa is the fruit of passion. The ideal wine to taste with the best desecrating friends at a barbecue of juicy red meat, or to accompany fatty, aged cheese. Ingredients: grapes and terroir. As simple as it is good. Data Sheet

Barbaspuma 2019

A wine from exclusively biodynamic viticulture, with interventions in harmony with the vineyard always reduced to a minimum.  Metodo classico sparkling wine made with a mix of white-grape varieties native of the territory, some known, others not so much.  Refermentation of the base wine in bottle with native yeasts. The wine is a Brut, with a tirage of Passito must. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbaspuma is a real challenge. The ideal wine for an aperitif at all hours of the day, excellent with a focaccia with burrata and culatello, or with croutons stuffed with shrimp in pink sauce. Ingredients: grapes and terroir. Barbagraspa

From an exclusively biodynamic viticulture, interventions reduced to the minimum and always in harmony with the vineyard. Barbagraspa is made with pomaces from the aromatic grapes cultivated by the Barbaboyz, which usually compose the Barbabolla base wine. The distillation comes by traditional continuous steam system. According to Marco and the Barbaboyz, Barbagraspa is synonymous with peace. The ideal grappa to sip during moments of meditation, alone or in rough company, and to accompany dark chocolate shards.
